Speakers Michael J. Baker DPM, Anderson IN, is a graduate of the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at Winona Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Baker served as Education Coordinator at Winona Memorial Hospital and has been the Residency Director at Westview Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Baker previously served the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association as Medicaid Representative.
Timothy P. Barry DPM, Jasper IN, is a graduate of the College of Podiatric Medicine, Des Moines University, Des Moines, Iowa and completed his residency at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.
Alan J. Block DPM, Columbus OH, is a graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and California College of Podiatric Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is Assistant Clinical Professor at the Department of Orthopeadics at Ohio State University; and is Residency Director of a 36-month Podiatric Medical and Surgical Program at Ohio State University Medical Center.
Marc S. Bruell DPM, Chesterton IN, is a graduate of the Dr. William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He served his residency at Lakeside Community Hospital, Chicago IL. He is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners. Dr. Bruell is a Past President of the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association and currently serves as Indiana Delegate at the APMA House of Delegates.

Randall A. Cooper DPM, Elkhart IN, is a graduate of the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He served his preceptorship with Dr. Ted Clarke in Kokomo and at Westview Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Cooper is certified by the American Council of Certified Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons. He is a member of the American Professional Wound Care Association and currently serves as President of the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association.
Patrick A. DeHeer DPM, Columbus IN, is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at Winona Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis. He completed a Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Arthroscopy in Indianapolis. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. DeHeer serves as Podiatric Consultant to the Indiana Pacers and Butler University. Dr. DeHeer previously served as Surgical Board Review Chairman of the Midwest Podiatry Conference. He serves the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association as Continuing Education Chairman and Secretary-Treasurer. Michael S. Downey DPM, Philadelphia PA, is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Podaitric Medicine and served his residency at HCA Doctors Hosptial in Tucker, GA. Dr. Downey is Board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Diabetes Association. Dr. Downey currently serves as Chief, Division of Podiatric Surgery at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and as Clinical Professor, Department of Surgery, Temple University School of Podaitric Medicine. He is a national known lecturer and author. Gad N. FlaumenhaftDPM, Noblesville IN, is a graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He served his preceptorship at Meridian Foot Clinic in Indianapolis. Dr. Flaumenhaft is a Dilpomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is a Past President of the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Flaumenhaft currently serves as Podiatric Representative on the Indiana Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee. Lawrence A. Ford DPM, Oakland CA, is a graduate of the California College of Podiatric Medicine. He served his residency at Providence Seattle Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Ford is Assistant Sub-Chief, Podiatric Surgery at the Department of Orthopedics at Kaiser Permanente in the Oakland/Richmond CA area. He is a member of the Credentials Committee of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery Dr. Ford served as Chairman of the Education and Scientific Affairs Committee of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Ford has received several awards for his research efforts and publications. He is currently the Residency Director of the Kaiser SF Bay Area Foot & Ankle Residency Program. Miranda A. Goodale DPM, Brazil IN, is a graduate of the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicne in Chicago IL. She served her residency at the Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester MA. Dr. Goodale is a member of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery with Board Qualification in Foot Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is a member of the American Association of Women Podiatrists. Dr. Goodale provided medical assistance at the Boston Marathon in 2004 and recently at the Silver Gloves Amateur Boxing Tournament in Terre Haute IN.
Joan Gordon PMAC, Lamar, PA, is a gradate of Lock Haven University, Lock Haven PA. Ms. Gordon is a Past President of the North Central Division of PA Podiatric Medical Assistants Association and current serves on the Geriatric Committee of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association. She is Past President of the American Society of Podiatric Medical Assistants and the Founder and past Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Assistants Association. She currently serves as the Chair of the Commission on Accreditation of Podiatric Medical Assisting Certification.
Christopher S. Grandfield DPM, Merrillville IN, is a graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. At the College he was a member of the Surgery Club and the Soccer team. Dr. Grandfield served his residency at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Merrillville. He currently serves as North Trustee of the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association.
Ramon G. Halum III MD, Indianapolis IN, is a graduate of Indiana University and Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. He served his residency at St. Joseph’s Hosptial in Diagnostic Radiology in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Halum is certified by the American Board of Radiology and Added Qualification Interventional Radiology. He is a Volunteer Clinical Assistant Professor of Vascular/Interventional in the Deaprtment of Radiology at Indiana University in Indianapolis. Warren S. Joseph DPM, Philadelphia PA, is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the W. M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He is a Fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America and sits on the IDSA Diabetic Foot Infection Guidelines Committee. Lisa R. Lanham DPM, Columbus IN, is a graduate of the California College of Podiatric Medicine. She served her residency in Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, Long Beach, CA. McGuire DPM, Philadelphia PA, is a graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine. Dr. McGuire is currently a member of the faculty at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Austin Muranaka DPM, Evansville IN, is the First Year Resident at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville. David Nijhawan Esq., Indianapolis IN is the Business Banking Officer at Old National Bank in Indianapolis. Mr. Nijhawan practiced law for three years prior to joining the bank. Jane O’Bryan, South Bend, has been the Financial Manager for Family Foot Care Clinic since 1999. Her duties include: patient accounts (medical billing and insurance filing), payroll, accounts payable, computer systems and practice administration. She is a passionate patient advocate and helps the patient to obtain the insurance benefits to which he/she is entitled. Mrs. O’Bryan is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Toledo with a BA in Economics. She also has graduate training in Managerial Accounting. Julia Pagano DPM, South Bend IN, is the First Year Resident at the St. Joseph’s Regional Center in South Bend IN.
Andrew J. Rader DPM, Jasper, is a graduate of the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He served his residency at the University of South Florida, Shriners’ Children Hospital and Tampa V.A. Dr. Rader is a Diplomate of the American College of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine and the American Academy of Wound Management and is certified by the American Professional Wound Care Association. He is a Fellow of the College of Certified Wound Specialists, the American Association of Lower Extremity Peripheral Nerve Surgeons, and American Professional Wound Care Association. Dr. Rader is a Clinical Associate Professor of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines IA and is Adjunct Clinical Faculty at the Barry University School of Medicine in Miami Shores FL. He currently serves as President-Elect of the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association.
Lee C. Rogers DPM, Des Moines, IA, is a graduate of Des Moines University. He completed his residency in New York NY and a fellowship in diabetic limb salvage in Chicago IL. Richard J. Rolfes MD, Cincinnati OH, is a graduate of Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio. He served his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Florida in Gainesville FL. Dr. Rolfes is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Board of Radiology, Special Competence in Nuclear Medicine and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He is a member of the Academy of Medicine of Cincinnati, the American College of Radiology, American Roetgen Ray Society , Clinical Magnetic Resonance Society, Radiological Society of North America and the Society of Nuclear Medicine. John S. Steinberg DPM, Oak Hill VA, is a graduate of the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Steinberg is Assistant Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington DC. Chase R. Stuart DPM, Indianapolis IN, is a graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He will complete his residency in October at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Stuart volunteers to treat foot and ankle conditions for the uninsured and underinsured at St. Vincent’s Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center. Kenneth P. Stumpf DPM, Indianapolis IN, is a graduate of the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and served as Vice President, American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management, American College of Foot and Ankle Pediatrics, American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Medicine - Secretary and the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. Dr. Stumpf volunteered to work at the Midwest Podiatry Conference and the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon.
